These are bundled and sealed by HWwerkt! employees. For this type of work, we have a special assembly and packaging department: ‘Montapak’. Here, three shrink-wrapping and sealing machines are located. Employees work independently in groups of 6 to 8 people.” \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

According to Sandra, this independence is very important. She explains: “That is why we are so pleased with clients like Packit. They have a lot of repetitive work. Assigning routine and structured tasks enables employees to carry out the work independently. This is a huge boost for their professional development and self-esteem.”

According to Sandra, this makes things even more pleasant. “You can easily drop by each other’s office to discuss something or pick up a missing product. Our contact person Mari\u00eblle Pontier knows how to reach us easily. The contact is very accessible and personal, and communication lines are short.” \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
