Her journey to Packit began in 2019 at Fora. The acquisition by Packit followed later that same year. Sarah stayed, grew with the company, took a brief detour in 2022 to gain experience elsewhere, and returned in 2024. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAlthough the distance between her home office and Oud-Beijerland is significant, the same cannot be said for the distance between her and her colleagues. Sarah: \u201cEven though we don’t see each other in person every day, every visit to the Dutch office feels like meeting colleagues you just saw yesterday. I enormously value that sense of connection and belonging. Despite the distance, the collaboration goes excellently, which says a lot about the communication, trust, and culture within Packit.\u201d It is typical of the Packit way. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

As a personal highlight, Sarah mentions her involvement in a product launch. \u201cI was there from the very beginning. It’s great to see how an idea grows into a physical product, which is expected to be available in several countries starting in September this year. I am personally proud of that. At the same time, it is a wonderful example of what can be achieved when different teams work together toward a common goal. That is what I love about Packit.
