What will you do? Your role.
As Back Office Support, you will be responsible for accepting, correctly processing and delivering incoming orders on time. You will work daily with major Dutch and international customers.
Your activities - order processing and administration
- You enter customer orders, check them and follow them up in the system
- You process documents such as invoices, packing slips, contracts and return forms
- You manage customer data and files
- You ensure that orders are arranged down to the last detail
Your activities - deliveries and customer contact
- You check whether products are in stock and set up deliveries
- You contact customers by telephone about deliveries, urgent questions and complaints
- You arrange, take care of and handle sample requests
- You are the first point of contact for customer questions and ensure that they are resolved quickly
- You answer the telephone via the general company number

- You are enthusiastic, accurate and have commercial insight
