What will you do? Your role.
As an Account Support employee, you will be in daily contact with large Dutch and international
customers. Your duties include:
- You take care of order processing, quotations and input documents and make arrangements for deliveries.
- You provide support to our Account Managers so they can fully focus on building the organization.
- Because you already have experience in such a role, you can also prioritize well on your own and you know what it takes to serve a customer optimally.
- You go out of your way to make sure orders are fulfilled to perfection.
- If something goes wrong within the organization, you are the one who keeps a cool head and ensures everything gets resolved, with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction!

Support you have a lot of contact with customers and you are the business card of the organization. Furthermore,
you recognize yourself in the following profile:
- You have HBO working and thinking level.
- Experience with Exact, a similar ERP systems or you have enough affinity to master this quickly.
- You are communicative, enthusiastic and have commercial acumen.
- You have already proven that you can work independently, maintain overview, and always prioritize the customer.
- You have good command of Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of German is a significant advantage!
