Ilja mentions a relatable example of a garbage bag that tears or doesn’t quite fit. Pure frustration. We shouldn’t accept that. Or consider a laundry fragrance that smells wonderful in the store but leaves no scent on your laundry when used at home. Another such disappointment. I’m also a consumer and want quality products at a fair price. That’s what we aim for! Product development isn’t a separate department; it’s woven throughout our entire company. We all enthusiastically contribute to it. Also simply because it’s so enjoyable. So when we spot something interesting, it definitely comes along – wherever we are in the world.
