What will you do? Your role.
As an Administrative Employee in the Finance department, you are responsible for the careful processing and monitoring of the financial administration and master data. You will work closely with your colleagues within Finance and other departments. Your tasks will include:
- Data management of creditors, debtors, and articles: recording, checking, and keeping master data up to date.
- Quality control: identifying errors or risks in financial and article data and contributing ideas for solutions.
- Debtor management: following up on outstanding invoices and ensuring that payments are received on time.
- Creditor management: processing incoming invoices and ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
- Sales invoicing: preparing and sending sales invoices.
- General administrative activities: processing mail, correspondence, and answering questions from suppliers and customers.
- Identifying improvements: recognizing bottlenecks in the administration and contributing ideas for process improvements.

You work carefully and maintain an overview, even when you have a lot on your plate. You enjoy working with numbers and data and easily interact with colleagues and external parties.
- You have MBO (vocational) level work and thinking ability.
- Experience with Exact, a similar ERP systems or you have enough affinity to master this quickly.
- You are communicative, enthusiastic and have commercial acumen.
- You have already proven that you can work independently, maintain overview, and always prioritize the customer.
- You have good command of Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of German is a significant advantage!

- A completed education in administration or business economics is an advantage. Demonstrable relevant work experience in a similar role is also sufficient.
- Basic knowledge of laws and regulations regarding financial administration and reporting.
- Good computer skills, including Excel, and the willingness to quickly master new software.
- You communicate well in word and writing and easily switch between different departments.
