As an Artwork Coordinator, you play an important role in the development of our packaging. You coordinate the artwork process and collaborate with various internal and external parties to achieve the best result. You are part of the marketing team and work closely with the other artwork coordinator, designer, quality department, and marketing manager. From briefing to approval, you maintain course, monitor quality, and ensure that every detail is correct.
What will you do? Your role.
- Initiating, coordinating, and following up on packaging projects.
- Creating clear briefings for design agencies based on established guidelines and corporate identities.
- Checking artwork for texts (sometimes in multiple languages), mandatory information, and technical details.
- Evaluating design proposals for concept, appearance, color usage, print specifications, and technical drawings.
- Maintaining an overview, planning, and progress within multiple projects simultaneously.
- Maintaining contact with design agencies, suppliers, and internal colleagues.
- Keeping packaging and product photos up-to-date in our systems.
Who are you?
You work in a structured manner, are a strong communicator, and have an eye for detail. You feel responsible for the end result and easily switch between different parties and interests.
You recognize yourself in the following profile:
- MBO/HBO (intermediate vocational education/higher professional education) level of working and thinking, creative problem-solving ability and/or relevant work experience.
- Accurate, stress-resistant, and good at monitoring processes and deadlines.
- Interest in the international nature of the position.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
- Eye for detail: from spelling to layout and corporate identity, nothing escapes you.
- A sense of tone of voice and the ability to apply this to different stakeholders.
- Affinity with visual communication and packaging design.
- Preferably knowledge of DTP work, or the motivation to learn it.
