While Suzanne doesn’t have direct contact with customers in her role, she is an indispensable link: “I see my role as creating a pleasant work environment where colleagues can fully utilize their potential by taking various ‘peripheral matters’ off their hands. We are known as a highly efficient organization. Optimally utilizing and recognizing talent contributes to this, as does connecting colleagues. And of course, the pleasant work atmosphere. Working hard and enjoying ourselves go hand in hand here. Our outings are always enjoyable, and we always ensure a special, personal touch.
