As CEO, Andriy Honcharuk is responsible for the daily operations within the factory. Made in Germany
FORA has been located in Germany since 1975. “We are one of the few foil factories that are still active in Germany. More and more companies are moving their production from Europe to other regions. That alone sets us apart. Made in Germany is synonymous with reliable quality, and we commit to that every day.” Furthermore, production in Germany means that customers can count on full compliance with European laws and regulations. Andriy cites the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) as a current example.
Shorter chain
Another important advantage is the shorter chain. This not only results in fewer transport movements, but also reduces the risk of disruptions in the supply chain. The more links, the more complex the chain and the greater the chance of errors. In addition, our central location in Europe enables us to offer significantly shorter delivery times.”

Future
FORA specializes in the production of a wide range of cling film, microwave film, baking paper and aluminum foil. Andriy says: “Our focus for the coming years is on growth, modernization, sustainable product development and further strengthening our competitive position. We strive to increase our production capacity so that we can optimize costs and remain competitive, despite production in Germany. To achieve this, we are preparing significant investments in our machinery and production lines.”
