We have been recertified for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. In addition, our new location in Puttershoek was included and approved within the ISO certifications. The BRCGS Agents & Brokers audit was also successfully completed.
Quality as a foundation
For Packit, quality is more than just meeting standards and certifications. It is an important part of our daily way of working. We look not only at our products, but also at our processes, systems, traceability, and collaboration throughout the entire chain.
The certifications align well with this. ISO 9001 focuses on quality management and ISO 14001 on environmental management. Achieving both certifications again underlines that these themes have a permanent place within our organization.
BRCGS Agents & Brokers also aligns with the way Packit works as a partner in the chain. The standard specifically focuses on organizations involved in the trade and brokerage of packaging materials, among other things. Packit holds a BRCGS certification for the brokerage of plastic, aluminum, and paper food packaging.
New location, same focus on quality
An important part of the recent period was the approval of our new location in Puttershoek. This ensures that this location also operates based on the same principles regarding quality and the environment.
At the same time, we continue to look for ways to further improve processes. For us, certification is not an end point, but a moment to reflect on what is going well and where we can still take steps.
Achieved together
The results of the past two weeks are the result of the efforts of colleagues across various departments of Packit. From preparation and execution to the daily monitoring of our processes: quality is a shared responsibility.
